Lockdown 4.0 Begins with More Relaxations: know the Rules
The centre Government on Sunday extended the national wide lockdown till 31st may to keep check on the speed of Covid-19. Due to Covid-19 there has been affected over 90,000 people across India. The Union home minister has issued some guidelines which list which ensures us what to do and what not to do during the lockdown 4.0 stay.
Lockdown 4.0 Guidelines: The Government has allowed inter- state movement of passenger vehicles and buses with mutual consent of states. The government has extended the lockdown for two or more weeks till 31st. It is done with some certain relaxations that are likely to completely open the economy with the operation of markets, offices, industries and business along with plying of buses in all the zones.
Domestic and international flights and metro rail will remain closed for general public also shopping malls, cinema halls, schools, colleges, hostels, and restaurants, religious and political gatherings. Public gatherings will be prohibited. Also the buses and private vehicles will be ply with the consent of the state government.
Public transportation are likely to help the migrant labor on the roads. There will be night curfew between 7 PM till 7 AM will be continuiining for all zones.

The state and Union territories have been given the powers to decide and take action the red, green and orange zones as per Covid-19 situation. District authorities has been also have given the power to direction to demarcate the containment and buffer areas within Red and Orange zones as per Union Health ministry.
The first lockdown was first imposed on 25th march for a period of 21 days. Then after it got extended on 15th April and later on 4th May with the aim to stem the spread of novel corona virus.
As India entered the 54th day India has surpassed China’s tally of 90,000 infections and death of total 2,872. In India it has been detecting almost 4000 cases every day for few days.
