Mother and son arrested for consuming liquor in Patna
Rajnish Sharan (36) and mother Karuna Sharan (61) arrested on Saturday night from Neema Place apartment under Gandhi Maidan police Station area Patna for consuming liquor.
Sunil Kumar (SHO) Gandhi Maidan police stataion said a tetra pack of 180ml IMLF (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) was recovered from the possession of the Karuna Sharan (mother) and a375ml bottel of another IMFL was recovered from Rajnish’s possession. Both were sent to jail on Saturday.
Rajnish’s Wife and a 7 year old son and a 3 year old daughter were also present at the house during police raid.
Police said, the women (Karuna Sharan) is the landlady of the plot on which neema palace Apartment has been constructed and the family lives in a separate building on the same plot. And Rajnish works as a computer teacher at a private institute in Patna.
Both were Consuming liquor in the balcony of the house which was visible to others the passers-by noticed this and informed the police. When the police reached the apartment premises, the women and son both tried to hide liquor but failed, police said.
