A P Sahi Appointed as New Chief Justice of Patna High Court
Patna – Bihar’s Governor Lalji Tandon gave his honorable presence at a simple ceremony of Raj Bhavan in Patna on Saturday. He administered the oath of concealment to Justice Amareshwar Pratap Sahi as the new chief justice of the Patna High Court on Saturday.
A P Sahi, who got triumph over justice MR Shah, joined the bar after graduating from Law School in 1985. Prior to being sent to the Patna High Court, Sahi was a judge of the prestigious Allahabad High Court.
The oath ceremony was graced by the presence of honorable Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, other Cabinet members, Patna High court judges followed by number of top government officials.
Some family members of Justice Sahi were also present at the ceremony.
